probably the best bed i've slept in. I don't remember the last time i slept so well. large desk for work.

I'd stay at a homeless shelter I got accepted into the shelter I had a two-day reservation the day of my check-in like an hour after I checked in I told him I couldn't stay the second day they said they would refund my money and yet they charged me anyway that's disgusting I even sent an email to booking.com because they said that they told booking.com that they wouldn't charge me but you guys charged me anyway they said it was you

Apart from the location, nothing.

Nothing it smells like pee and it's infested with roches i asked for a refund and it's been like 4 days and I'm still waiting for my refund booking is not refunding me I don't know why

Nice central location with plenty of good food within walking distance.

Easy and fast check ins. Room and bathroom were clean and nice. Close to convenient stores, fast food places, and shops.

Close to Stanford health care for my wife

Microwave, fridge, big screen TV, comfortable bed, good lighting, bathroom worked fine. Managers and housekeeping were both polite and professional.
